Cassy is an actor, director, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Cassy enjoyed eight wonderful years working in Chicago, where she was a company member with Theatre Seven of Chicago and Pavement Group; and a teaching artist with Adventure Stage Chicago as well as Lookingglass Theatre Company. In Chicago, Cassy worked with several theatre companies including, Walkabout, The Ruckus, 2nd Story, Live Bait, Collaboraction, Lookinglass, and Steppenwolf. Some highlights from chicago were when she performed in the Jeff Recommended Principal, Principle by Joe Zarrow, which enjoyed a sold-out run in the spring of 2014, to then re-opened for a second run that summer; and her final directing project in Chicago Buddy Cop 2 by the Debate Society and produced by Pavement Group in the winter of 2014.
Now in Los Angeles, Cassy is writing, taking classes at UCB, and Berg Studios, auditioning regularly, and teaching herself how to shoot video. Currently Cassy is a producer on the web-series Best Friend Fix, which will have it's premiere in the fall of 2018; she is in pre-production for an upcoming short film she will be directing this fall; and she is in the middle of filming a series of educational videos for the Los Angeles Children's Hospital.
Cassy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornish College of the Arts with a BFA in Theatre, her emphasis in Orignial Works.
